We also use the site to convey information about SLFC offerings, initiate and maintain partner relationships and to execute online transactions. By accessing the site, you acknowledge that you’ve read and have accepted these terms. If you don't wish to accept them, do not use BrainScratch.com.

You may opt out of this agreement at any time by contacting SLFC or BrainScratch.com site administrators. After doing so, you are not authorized to use BrainScratch.com. Continue to do so, and you’ll be subject to further action.

Calculators, planners, lists and deadlines given on BrainScratch.com provide estimates only, and may differ from the actual calculated amounts for your specific financial aid or living situation.

BrainScratch.com provides links to other organizations. SLFC has no control over those organizations and is not responsible for your use of those sites, the veracity of their content or your transactions with them. Use of BrainScratch.com and all forms submitted through BrianScratch.com do not automatically qualify you for financial aid. Eligibility for a scholarship will be determined by the entity sponsoring the scholarship or other financial aid vehicle.

When applying for a loan on the site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information about yourself. If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, SLFC has the right to terminate your application or decline to provide future use of the site. When you apply for a student loan, SLFC may access and process all information included on the application. You will receive a User ID and password upon registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login name and password and for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify SLFC of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that software or communications you initiate are virus-free.

Some sites may provide your information to third parties so they can solicit you through direct mail, phone calls, or e-mail. This is not one of them. SLFC will not sell your account information or share it with anyone for any reason.

These terms, and the privacy policy constitute your entire agreement with SLFC regarding access and use of BrinScratch.com. SLFC and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, or partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense due to causes beyond their control.

SLFC accepts no responsibility for the security of information transmitted online.
